We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or material that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies everywhere in Flip Daily — account profiles, the decks and cards you create, any images you upload, and any deck you publish to Discover.

Violations result in immediate removal of the content and termination of the responsible account.

Flip Daily is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 are not permitted to create accounts. Where required, users may need to confirm they meet the minimum age to use the Service.

Flip Daily lets people create their own decks and, optionally, publish them to Discover, where other users can find and subscribe to them. All shared content must comply with these standards and our terms.

Content that violates these standards is removed, and we may suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible.

If you encounter content or behavior that may exploit or endanger a child, please report it to us immediately so we can act.

We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, disabling accounts, and notifying authorities.

We combine user reporting with review of content shared publicly through Discover. When we identify child sexual abuse or exploitation, we remove the content, disable the responsible accounts, preserve relevant information, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate authorities as required by law.

We comply with applicable child‑safety laws and cooperate with law enforcement and child‑protection organizations in the investigation of child sexual abuse and exploitation.
